Wilson Mesa Real Estate

Welcome to Wilson Mesa

Surrounded by the San Juan Mountains and located just 10 miles outside of the historic ski-resort community of Telluride, Wilson Mesa offers both breathtaking views and convenient access to urban amenities.

You’d be hard-pressed to find a more scenic location than Wilson Mesa. To the south is iconic Wilson Peak, a 14,000-foot mountain that punctuates the skyline. To the North is Diamond Hill, a 10,000-foot mountain peak. Every spring the meadows of Wilson Mesa erupt with wildflowers and every fall, the treed hillsides transform into dramatic hues — making this community a year-round treasure. In fact, Wilson Mesa even served as the snowy winter backdrop for the 2015 Quentin Tarantino film The Hateful Eight.

The area has a private, secluded feel — in no small part because of the large parcels of acreage that accompany each property. Large, rustic ranches and luxurious mountain lodges are characteristic of the area, ensuring that homeowners truly feel as though they’ve stumbled upon their own mountain retreat.
